Refund Policy

At Projuktisheba, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy outlined below.

1. Refunds for Physical Products (Electronics, Gadgets, Accessories)

Eligible for Refund:

  1. Defective or damaged items upon delivery.
  2. Wrong product received.
  3. Product not functioning as described.

⚠️ Conditions:

  1. You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and invoices.
  3. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  1. Change of mind after purchase.
  2. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  3. Software, license keys, or downloadable products.

2. Refunds for Website Design & Development Services

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, we follow a different policy for refunds:

Eligible for Partial Refund:

  1. If the project is cancelled before design or development has started, a partial refund may be issued (minus any consultation or administrative fees).
  2. If the client has made an advance payment but wishes to stop the project within 3 working days, and no significant work has been done.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  1. Once design/development work has started based on client approval.
  2. If the delay or dissatisfaction is due to lack of communication or delayed feedback from the client.
  3. After final delivery of the project files.
📝 Note: We always aim for client satisfaction and encourage open communication throughout the project to avoid dissatisfaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  2. For product returns, include pictures if the product is defective/damaged.
  3. Our support team will get back to you within 2-3 business days with next steps.

4. Refund Timeline

  1. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
